    Amazing opportunity to join this fast paced, exciting beauty industry leader as their Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Team in providing an extraordinary employee and hiring manager experience through your accurate reporting, contract creation and interview co-ordination. Experience using HR System Success Factors is essential.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition support roles working within fast paced sector
  • Proven resilience to manage volume of contracts and administration
  • Confident users of the ATS system, SuccessFactors
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and adapt to change

Responsibilities:

  • Support to Talent Specialist and greater HR team for all recruitment and talent needs across the business
  • Taking ownership of Contract administration for onboarding process from background, work rights and reference checks
  • Updating and ensuring full compliance with the ATS , SuccessFactors, for future and current employees
  • Recruitment Support to senior stakeholders from review to publish job descriptions to job boards, setting up interviews, making offers to onboarding administration
  • Management of all administration through the ATS system throughout the Hiring process
  • Ensure best future employee experience throughout the onboarding process
  • Provide support for the weekly hiring, headcount reports and other operational reports
