Reporting to: Regional Operations Manager
Location: Conway Healthcare Facilities as required, Lisburn Road Head Office.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Upper Quartile, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package

The Talent Cultivation Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic workforce planning, leadership, and direct mentoring initiatives to address the unique challenges within the care industry. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this role requires an initiative-taking individual with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of workforce development strategies.

COMPLIANCE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, for example, RQIA, governing workforce management in the care industry.
Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices, updating policies and procedures as necessary to maintain compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS (ESSENTIAL)

Qualified Nurse with active NMC Registration
Bachelor’s degree in health and social care / related field
Proven experience in workforce development, talent management, or organisational development, preferably in the healthcare or care industry.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a history of developing and implementing innovative workforce solutions.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing workforce management in the care industry.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS (PREFERRED)

Master’s degree
5 years’ experience in organisational development, within a healthcare or care home setting
Proficiency in software applications relevant to workforce management and organisational development
