The Grow to Perform Tribe is critical in making this happen and will help people build the capabilities they need to deliver today, transform the bank, and be future ready. Within this tribe as a T&C (Talent & Culture) Consultant, you will assist employees and line managers in relation to their learning and development as well as performance management including probation.
Your responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring highest level of end-user support is provided in order to contribute to the business objective of a better end-to-end user experience.
Processing of medium to complex Learning and Performance Management queries and work hand in hand with the appropriate team, i.e
Handling performance baseline cases using Peoplehub, Max and HANDY
Performance Coaching Plan (informal PIP)
Performance Improvement Plan (formal PIP)
Managing Probation
Coaching and guiding junior T&C Consultants in handling queries.
Performing routine quality assessment of cases to ensure that responses are aligned with standard policies and processes.
Receiving, prioritizing and resolving employee queries and cases aligned to the tribe and team mission and scope, taking end-to-end ownership of the employee experience.

Role Type: Full-time Permanent role
Shift: Should be open to shifting schedule
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong knowledge of all the businesses and roles across the bank in order to influence and convince the stakeholders especially while comparing roles.
Time and project management skills are essential as the role does not have direct reports but has to connect and establish relationships both within the business and T&C colleagues in 33 countries.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve quality & efficiency of work.
Commitment to maintain accurate case records and protect confidential information.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in handling performance management.
Exposure or basic knowledge of T&C policies and processes.
Basic knowledge on reporting and analytics.
