As a Talent and Culture Consultant for the Workers Compensation and Injury Management team, you will drive the employee experience by assessing employee and business needs and delivering end-to-end employee journeys through employee focused solutions.
Your role is responsible for a bespoke cohort of health and medical cases in addition to the delivery of best practice, return to office services to ANZ employees and Business Managers. You will also provide advice and guidance to employees, navigating solutions and escalating unresolved cases where necessary, taking accountability for the employee experience in everything you do.
Your role requires a high focus on continuous improvement to ensure effective and efficient support to our people.
Role Location: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide
Role Type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in managing health conditions
Strong time management and organisation skills and the ability to work autonomously to manage competing priorities
Demonstrated experience and success building strong and collaborative working relationships to ensure effective communication with a broad stakeholder group
The ability to communicate with empathy whilst balancing multiple factors to deliver meaningful decisions
Tertiary qualification in a Health-related discipline
