Purpose
As Talent & Culture Services Coordinator, you will infuse the workplace with vibrancy, nurturing a productive, engaged, and harmonious atmosphere. Operating within a shared services model, you will provide essential support to teams across various properties, contributing to the overall enhancement of the team member experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly and professionally to team members’ Talent & Culture enquiries, providing accurate and insightful information
  • Ensuring team members have necessary working rights in place and issuing contracts
  • Guiding new employees through a structured on boarding process
  • Overseeing an organised reward and recognition program that includes issuing milestone certificates and “Team Member of the Quarter” awards
  • Ensuring meticulous attention to detail when posting job advertisements for diverse properties and positions
  • Assisting with any assigned ad-hoc tasks as they arise

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality team member engagement
  • Possess good communication and time management skills, coupled with a friendly and approachable personality
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with initiative and sound judgement
  • Adept at delivering high-quality results, contributing to the overall success of the team and organisation
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources or similar role is advantageous, but not mandatory
