TALENT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver and manage a portfolio of technical, non-technical and leadership development courses and programmes across both the UKI and FS business. Responsibilities include:
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and facilitators,
  • Coordination of a wide range of virtual and face-to-face training events, from planning through to delivery,
  • Monitoring attendance to ensure completion and compliance,
  • Management of course evaluations,
  • Publish content and request classes on the LMS (SuccessFactors),
  • Implementation of the firm’s training policies.
  • Work closely with Talent Learning Leads to support implementation of curriculum and ensure delivery of best-in-class L&D programmes.
  • Support the creation of learning reports and analytics to provide insights on the value of courses, and learning activities
  • Management of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in the UK & Ireland, Talent Development co-ordinators, senior management, learners, service line resourcing teams, content managers, facilitators, learning champions, quality and efficiency networks, and external training providers
  • Actively support the management of programme budgets,
  • Carry out the recording, editing and production of online modules/webcasts as part of EY’s blended learning approach,
  • Work and support cross function projects to meet our overall Talent strategy,
  • Demonstrate creativity in shaping the brand and image of learning programmes.
  • Apply quality standards and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements for learning and development curriculum and deployment activities.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

Strong learning and development coordination and administration experience with project management skills,
Highly organised with an attention to detail, an ability to deliver to deadlines
Strong IT skills – MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills
