Join our dynamic Talent Development and Performance Team within the European HR department, where we champion training, development, and change management for our internal customers! We are seeking a proactive intern currently studying business administration, economics, or social studies, with initial experience in a project-driven HR environment. As a vital member of our Change & Communication team, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Change Agents to support ongoing change initiatives and foster effective communication among stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing meetings and trainings, ensuring adherence to timelines, and delivering high-quality output.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams and other affiliates to align common organizational goals initiatives.
- Administrative Tasks: Assisting with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Documentation Management: Maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, charts.
- Manage Learning Management System: Organize courses, upload and manage multimedia content, add and manage user accounts.
