Adelphi Real World is a global consultancy in healthcare. We collect and interrogate real world data to aid the pharmaceutical industry in understanding the management and treatment of specific diseases. This understanding informs the successful development of pipeline assets and the positioning of inline products. Real world data can also be used to leverage Health Outcomes / Economic argumentation through statistically validated publications.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The below list of job duties is not exhaustive; the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the role:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a streamlined and efficient process
  • Use job boards and LinkedIn, plus other methods to seek suitable candidates
  • Identify top industry talent, carry out pre-screening, telephone interviewing and arrange face to face interviews
  • Provide feedback to candidates in a professional manner
  • Build and establish relationships both internally & externally
  • Manage multiple roles at any one time
  • Screen candidates to ensure visa requirements and salary expectations are aligned with company arrangements.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support on other initiatives within the TDR department
