As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play an important role in achieving this aspiration by helping new employees get started and make an impact in their first year at Intuit.
Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate weekly learning sessions and workshops along with managing the day-to-day logistics for various onboarding programs. Learning sessions and workshops are led both virtually and face-to-face. Managing day to day logistics includes scheduling and tracking sessions with various partners, communicating with participants and managers, and developing learning tools and resources for our employees.
You will gain valuable experience and insights from the world of talent development while honing your ability to proactively solve problems and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
