Talent & Development Specialist

As a Talent & Development Specialist you will be responsible for overall adoption and execution of digital learning platform in all markets, prioritising the content creation and pipeline, learner marketing and supporting the Primark L&D strategy.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Collaborate with and manage stakeholder relationships to understand performance gaps in relation to key business priorities and lead the creation and development of digital learning and enablement solutions that drive the success across a range of client groups.
  • Engage with stakeholders to pilot and test new solutions taking on feedback and reshaping as necessary to provide best value
  • Design and launch a Primark wide series learning design philosophy, standards and principles and support global teams in implementing design principles
  • Embed learning experience design principles and practices throughout Learning and talent product development.Design and continuously improve Primark’s learning experiences using an array of approaches that engage learners and drive high-impact learning, working collaboratively with global cross-functional teams.

  • A deep understanding of digital learning experience design processes such as: instructional storyboarding and design, content development, learning solution infrastructure and evaluation
  • Experience in digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise etc.Web 3 Development
  • Extensive video experience using After Effects Premier Pro etc
  • Demonstrable experience as the lead role in driving adoption of learning and increasing learning engagement across the end to end learning solutions lifecycle.
  • Experience in working with international stakeholders and their business need
