JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Talent Director to join our Management Resources Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) Practice located in Stamford, CT. As a Talent Director, you will be responsible for business/client relationship development as well as recruitment and talent management for the FTEP practice. You will focus on recruiting and delivering skilled contract talent for client project and interim needs within finance and accounting, human resources and operations, and business systems implementations and transformations.
The professionals hired into the FTEP Practice are full-time employees of Robert Half, who receive a salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and are eligible to earn impactful discretionary bonuses to help maximize their total annual earnings.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting. CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of consulting/project delivery experience; professional services experience preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Skilled at managing multiple complex projects at once.
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
