Job Title: Talent Engagement Manager
Location: London
Contract Term: 3 Months
Role Overview: We are seeking a Talent Engagement Manager to join our team, focusing on staffing and resourcing across our 30 EU Brand Home’s .This role involves high-volume hiring, particularly for positions such as main receptionists, tour guides, retail assistants, actors, and performers. This role is available immediately.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS :

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisitions.
• Comfortable with high-volume hiring.
• Knowledge of brands and ability to recruit for a wide range of skill sets.
• Extensive experience with talent acquisition tools and software such as ATS, CRM, SAP and Office skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• English. Spanish (bonus) Portuguese (bonus)
• Industry knowledge (bonus) : Luxury Brands, Whisky, Retail, Customer Service, FMCG.

• Recruit for various roles at our Brand Home’s experience sites.
• Handle a large hiring volume in a fast paced environment.
• Generate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports regarding teams, Resourcing and Resolution related topics.
• Resolves questions re: work feed actions, enquiries, process applications, offline requests.
