What you will do
- Innovate talent acquisition, and employer branding strategies and practices
- Shape our learning culture: design learning and development frameworks to enhance our people’s skills.
- Engage our people: develop and manage our Employee Voice Concept (such as pulses, surveys etc) and communication channels.
- Drive internal growth: Accelerate talent development with succession planning and nurturing our talents.
Who you are
- A developmentally orientated thinker with a proven track record in talent management and employer branding both from operational roles but also from establishing procedures, tools and practices for international context.
- A proactive change-maker: beyond thinking, you are a proactive contributor who consistently proposes innovative solutions.
- An influential communicator: your strong communication skills empower you to engage business and functional stakeholders and inspire change across our global organization.
- Educated to a minimum Bachelor’s level, though a Master’s is preferred, in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Location: any Raute office globally, hybrid working supported. Please note that this job doesn’t require Finnish skills, but we wish that you are already located to Raute country, and able to visit weekly basis our office in the country as we work in modern manner, but believe also in f2f collaboration.
