You will join as our Talent Management Lead, Succession and Performance Management, within the Talent Management and Executive Development team. In this position, you will be the Global Process Owner for the performance management, succession planning and critical roles processes. You will play a key role in shaping and deploying our global talent strategy, to create an engaging and inspiring environment for our 42.000 colleagues, enabling the further growth of Danfoss.
BACKGROUND & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, People Development, or as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, change management, project management.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferred experience with SAP Success Factors.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives in a global matrix organization.
- A strong desire to work in a highly collaborative team, and openness to have some fun together.
Location: Copenhagen or Nordborg are our preferred locations. We believe in collaboration in person, while we strive for a certain level of flexibility to organize work and office presence as it makes sense.

Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be:
Plan and lead the global processes (performance management, succession planning and critical roles processes). Drive implementation with our stakeholders in the HR community and with leaders in the business.
Support our strategic succession planning initiatives, enabling strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Be our Success Factors go-to person as it relates to talent management. Work with our HR IT colleagues in developing a great and usable platform for leaders.
- Perform data analysis and provide reporting, with our People Analytics team, to senior management.
