THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about developing strategy and delivering solutions? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to fill the newly created role of Talent Management Lead. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture (P&C), and business leaders to develop innovative fit-for-purpose strategies to deliver outcomes, which solve business problems. Together, we’ll create a total-business, future-focused approach to workforce planning, encompassing internal and external talent sources. THE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work with key stakeholders to align sourcing models and monitor delivery
  • Refine the go to market strategy, employee value proposition & assessment methods
  • Build functional strategic workforce plans (current & predictive) to inform resourcing needs
  • Work to ensure talent/succession pipelines are robust across all readiness categories
  • Partner with leaders and P&C to uplift capability and deliver great outcomes

Responsibilities:

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred
  • Extensive experience in human resources, workforce planning and talent management
  • Proven people leadership and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of legal/regulatory requirement
