REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- University studies of at least 4 years or university studies of at least 3 years plus 1 year relevant professional experience in a relevant HR field, or professional training of an equivalent level.
- Internal candidates can check on the intranet to see what level of in-house experience is considered equivalent to educational qualifications where appropriate.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in Talent Management, Performance & Development and Career Development.
- Experience in applying latest trends, methods and techniques in the HR fields mentioned just above.
- In addition, the following would constitute an asset:
o Experience in designing and developing (innovative) learning/training solutions, techniques and tools (e.g. social learning, face-to-face & web-based learning).
o Experience in developing and/or delivering training and/or group facilitation.
o Experience in designing and following-up of individual development plans.
o Coaching experience.
o Experience in collaborating with external suppliers.
- Commitment and motivation to keep up-to-date with latest trends in Talent Management and Performance & Development.
- Writing/drafting skills (English) to write reports, technical specifications, etc.

- The working languages of the Agency are English and French. Responsibilities:
Your role will be to:
- Support the design, review and implementation of relevant HR policies, processes, practices and tools related to Talent Management to meet corporate and individual needs.
- Contribute to the development, organisation and implementation of Talent Management activities and programmes (e.g. training & other capacity building methods, leadership & employee development, rewards and recognition, staff engagement, succession planning, etc.).
- Evaluate programmes/initiatives and make recommendations to increase their effectiveness.
- Ensure the smooth running of the deliverables by managing various ad-hoc activities such as contribution to projects, drafting of technical specifications, follow up with call for tenders, production of analytics and reports, etc.
- Collaborate closely with external partners on potential solutions and with internal technical teams to ensure the timely implementation of the identified solutions within the existing IT framework.
- Propose and participate to activities to foster a culture that reinforces and improves individual and organisational performance.
- Provide support to staff and managers, facilitate workshops and present relevant topics at various meetings (manager’s forum, staff meetings, etc.).
- Carry out any other task in line with the main purpose of the job.
