THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Solid background in HR, with a strong emphasis on talent management within a multinational matrix structure.
  • Demonstrated competence in leadership roles within Talent, Learning, or HR generalist capacities.
  • Well developed facilitation skills along with the ability to take a hands-on approach to design and implementation of strategic talent programs.
  • Experience as a successful business partner to senior management in a strategic capacity.
  • Ability to weave data into compelling stories that drive decision-making processes.
  • Proficient in managing employee performance, talent development, and coaching for success.

  • Drive career development, talent reviews, and succession planning processes within GBUs / Global Functions alongside HR partners.
  • Build leadership capabilities and enhance employee engagement through targeted strategies and programmes.
  • Act as a consultant and coach to senior leadership, translating business needs into effective talent solutions.
  • Support change management initiatives, contributing tools and metrics to embed cultural transformations.
  • Embed a learning culture in the organization working through the functions and HR teams to heighten the focus on learning and development.
  • Act as a custodian of the DEI agenda for AME region, ensuring central initiatives are deployed with relevance and impact across AME through relevant teams and ERGs
