Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE…

As Talent Manager you will be responsible for delivering specific aspects of the Talent & Celebrity Partnerships strategy to maximize the value of talent and celebrity engagement in our organization in line with our organizational strategy.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities proactively and engage talent and celebrity prospects as well as existing talent and celebrity supporters and be responsive to internal requests/briefs to support the organization’s activities.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Building, managing and maintaining relations with key partners in the sport/music/film/TV/literary industry across the world to identify and open opportunities for talent content
  • Working with internal teams including originals, studios, brand marketing, social & commercial teams to deliver key targets.
  • Managing incoming celebrity opportunities and proactively outreach for celebrity opportunities, share opportunities with editorial and video teams and push forward responses, looping in relevant teams once relevant.
  • Ensuring we communicate key stats & figures in our reports to external talent teams & internal teams involved in activations.
  • Working directly with talent, their management teams and publicists to develop opportunities to connect talent with our audiences, whether it’s original formats such as entertainment pieces like Snack Wars, factual formats like Minutes With, sport formats like My Fives, red carpet moments for premieres & awards shows, live streams and much more.
  • Working with Brand Marketing on specific projects to deliver talent for campaigns and activations.
  • Supporting our Talent Lead who you will be reporting into on delivery of talent for any commercial briefs when needed as well as implementing and delivering talent strategy.

WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

  • Experience in communicating with PR agencies, film studios, management etc
  • Experience working with high profile talent – particularly within the SPORT space.
  • Previous record of building relevant relationships with industry partners.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
  • Be able to manage several different teams at once to ensure everyone is happy and that the talent process for shoots is as seamless & smooth as possible.
  • Good understanding of pop culture, current trends and how to source relevant talent.
  • A good understanding of the entertainment industry, spanning music, film, influencers, comedy, tv and sport.
