Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for Talent Manager Sales, Marketing & Functions EMEA to join our team in Bucharest. On this position you will:
- Drive, manage and execute an integrated talent strategy for the respective area of responsibility next to representing EMEA & influence Global Talent Management Process Development next to implementation in EMEA
- Lead the EMEA Performance Review Process governance for respective area of responsibility.
- Co-facilitate performance alignment meetings with regional HR Directors and HR Business Partners with the aim of building sustainable succession plans.
- Facilitate talent reviews/regular organizational review meetings with regional HR Directors and HR Business Partners with the aim of identifying talents to grow in the organization and by doing so building a sustainable succession plans for the organization in scope.
- Act as an internal consultant in response to EMEA Talent Management needs, such as talent assessment, organizational diagnostic tools (Identify/assess/develop talent), performance management, career pathing, with max business impact, pragmatism, innovation, and high quality.
- Support the implementation of Global Learning and Development initiatives, collaborate with Learning and Development Lead to support HR Business Partners/Line Managers to operationalize in the relevant markets and support functions.
- Act as a project member, project lead or change agent for Talent Management or Human Resources projects with EMEA or global scope.
To join our team, you will need:
Education: Bachelor/Master degree in economics, psychology or education
EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ years experience in HR Business Partners and Talent Management roles in internationally operating matrix companies
- Heavy emphasis in the areas of leadership development, talent identification, assessment, and development.
- Demonstrated ability to have impact on business results
IT, SOFT SKILLS & OTHERS:
- Enthusiastic, high-energy expert with well-developed influencing skills with the confidence and ability to work at all levels of the organization
- Strong business / HR acumen, who can work well in a complex matrix environment
- Transformation-minded individual who is results-focused and can execute on ideas.
