THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:

  • Data visualization and presentation skills, Microsoft Excel, Structured Query Language (SQL), and Python programming knowledge.
  • Critical thinking and technical skills necessary for data mining, hygiene, and analysis
  • A natural collaborator & communicator, who is analytical, data-driven, a problem solver, accurate, detail-oriented, and structured. You can translate your insights into layman’s terms that make them accessible to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and with distributed teams across global time zones
  • Knowledge of tools such as ATS, CRM, HRMS (eg. Greenhouse, Workday) & Celonis.
  • Experience of managing operations, projects, and transformation initiatives, ideally in a Global Talent or Talent Acquisition environment is a plus.
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English is a must - other languages are a bonus

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The Talent Operations Associate Specialist analyses multitudes of data and supports the Talent function to identify, evaluate, and implement processes, systems, and tools that best meet our needs. They have a firm understanding of our Talent Business Strategy & Priorities, our end-to-end process, and how it’s being facilitated across our tech & tools. They understand the resulting data correlations and can translate this data into clear and meaningful business insights. They support the Talent Operations Team to measure operational efficiency & performance and set the right goals for the Talent Organization. They find bottlenecks in our processes, investigate the reasons behind them, and suggest solutions to solve them.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO:

  • Use Celonis to design, build, enhance, and maintain customized dashboards and automations for the Talent Team.
  • Build a standard reporting suite with globally consistent definitions, metrics, and reporting practices – eliminating the need for ad-hoc customized reporting. Provide key strategic reporting across functions for DEI, AAP compliance, Executive reporting and more.
  • Use Celonis and other reporting insights to highlight areas for process and compliance improvement. Collaborate across functions to drive Global consistency & efficiency.
  • Support the Talent Operations Team to drive simplification, business insights, and compliance. Review, improve, and maintain Data Privacy, controls & compliance best practices as well as access management across all tools & processes.
  • Own standalone Talent Tools, processes & policies – driving best practices, adoption, ROI, manage accesses, maintenance, and improvement initiatives.
  • Work on and/or lead any special projects as required.
