Description:
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Talent Partner, who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, and will think creatively about how to business operation talent in Berlin. As part of the Chapter 2 team, you will have ownership to deliver across the full recruitment cycle and hire at all levels of the business. You will become a true partner to the company’s internal teams and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals. The role will be working closely with senior leaders across Chapter 2.
Responsibilities:
For your first project you will be a key Senior Talent Partner for a global Consumer Brand based in Berlin, Germany.
Leveraging our leading recruitment technology suite, you will gain insights into the talent landscape, helping to identify potential candidates based on location, employment history, salary benchmarks, and demographics.
Track and report on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.
