Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Talent Partner GTM (6 Months FTC) to come and join our global business on a 6 month FTC.
Reporting directly into the Head of Talent Acquisition, and working collaboratively with Senior Talent Partners and Stakeholders, you will be accountable for attracting the best talent for our sales teams.
Your time will be spent purely on attracting and securing the best sales talent across our London, European and US offices. The positions you will be hiring for our Business Development Managers and Account Managers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deliver in a fast-paced and changing environment, who likes to work autonomously, enjoys a challenge and wants to make an impact.
Our talent team of 5 has a combined experience of over 40 years having worked for the likes of Meta, ZeroHeight, Revolut, Simply Business, Cleo AI and Sandbox VR.
To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork, you will be working 5 days per week from our London HQ: WeWork, 10 York Rd, London SE1 7ND
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Sourcing - Finding the best sales talent for our teams in London, Europe and US
- Reachout - Crafting creative reachout messages to attract candidates
- Screening - Screening candidates and evaluating skills
- Reporting - Accountable for delivering key metric KPIs to stakeholders
- ATS - Keeping our ATS up-to-date and carrying out admin tasks
