As the Talent Planning & Insights Partner you’ll deliver opportunities to the Talent team and business to build efficiencies and performance optimisation through budgets, dashboards and insights. Partnering with business leaders, people leaders, external partners and numerous cross functional teams across the People function.

Here’s a taste of the Talent Planning & Insights Partner responsibilities:
- To provide analytical and budget support within our People Team your role will be accountable for developing insights and dashboards to support various stakeholders and business areas.
- Develop a clear view of our talent industries, brands, segments and personas to communicate and align service delivery and measures of success in Talent.
- You’ll review input and output metrics to align the talent team with the broader business units.
- Work cross-functionally across supporting People Functions including but not limited to Talent, Development Capability, Reward, D&I to build plans and drive the use of data analytics & insights.
- Continuous review of the measures of success and performance.
- Support the budgeting process and maintain invoicing and budgeting requirements, finding ways to improve our costs in Talent.
- Build dashboards and insights to support our Diversity & Inclusion plans to meet and exceed our sustainability targets.
- Adaptive to a fast paced environment with the ability to develop disciplined ways of working to manage conflicting priorities and fluctuating workload, with a willingness to pivot and work as a team player to support business priorities.
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working to create efficiency to ensure timelines are met and our business partners and talent are appropriately engaged.
- Cultivate a learning mindset to build a clear development and succession plan to build capability & champion our systems, tools and technology for self and team.
Qualifications
Now let’s talk about you:
- A data driven, flexible team player who is able to drive results and outcomes in an ambiguous, fast paced environment.
- Proven experience in Talent, Strategic Workforce Planning and/or Talent Acquisition functions.
- Proven experience building multi functional dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Must be comfortable challenging the norm and accepted thinking to improve effectiveness.
- Analytical and able to interpret data and gain insights.
- Ability to communicate data & insights to various stakeholders, using data to ‘tell a story’.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport & influence outcomes.
- You’ll have experience delivering results using PowerPoint or google sheets in an interactive engaging manner, including to Senior Leaders.
- Results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes.
- Demonstrate how their insights have altered the business or leaders decision making.
- Able to articulate ideas and think laterally to overcome obstacles and solve problems.
- Ability to be both strategic and practical.
