TALENT RESOURCING
- Engage with third-party partners and internal partners to design and implement Talent Acquisition Strategies
- Ensure end to end competitions for senior talent are appropriately designed and executed to deliver an excellent experience for candidates and hiring executives
- Lead the Emerging Talent Unit to deliver strategies to fuel the bank with diverse talent at below manager level including leading the delivery of the 2024 graduate programme recruitment programme
- Engage with and provide expert system and recruitment process expertise towards to introduction of a new Applicant Tracking System
- Oversee and work with our clients’ external volume talent acquisition provider, to ensure high quality talent resourcing solutions are delivered to support volume talent acquisition in partnership with hiring managers
- Act as a trusted advisor and hands-on talent acquisition partner to Executive Committee and Senior Leadership Team
- Ensure value for money and efficiency in all that is delivered by seeking high quality, good value delivery from all vendors and ensuring all Talent Acquisition budgets are managed with no overruns and within Medium Term Plan
- Particular responsibility for ensuring the talent solutions partnership is delivered in a manner that is aligned with our contract for services from them
- Develop and run a programme of continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition Processes with a focus on simplification, efficiency and digitisation
- Ensure our clients’ recruitment brand in the external market reflects us in a manner that attracts top talent; specifically focus on leveraging social media to do this
- Develop and deliver resourcing initiatives and actions that will support delivery of our DE&I aspirations
- Provide talent acquisition support and guidance to enable overall business transformation and key business change programmes
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE:
As the Talent Resourcing Manager, you will direct management of senior leader competitions for level 2 and above and 3rd party supplier management to ensure competitions for roles at Level 3 and below are effectively delivered. Your role also will involve liaising with relevant internal partners to design campaigns to make our client an Employer of Choice in the marketplace.
