We are currently looking for our new Talent Sourcer to be a part of our Copenhagen-based Talent Acquisition team. If you possess demonstrated experience in talent sourcing and enjoy engaging potential candidates, this opportunity might be for you.
This role is a 12 month temporary contract with possibility of subsequent extension or permanent hire.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strong experience with ATS systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Result-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably, experience in sourcing from an in-house recruiting team, search firm, or staff agency environment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter as a sourcing tool.
  • Equivalent education and experience may substitute for stated requirements.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As a Talent Sourcer, your primary responsibility will be to identify, contact, and build relationships with passive job seekers. You will work within a cohesive Talent Acquisition department, collaborating with teams in Denmark, the US, and globally. The role involves developing and implementing candidate pipelines for various open requisitions across the company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, build, and deliver talent pipelines through diverse recruiting strategies.
  • Market the company and generate interest in job opportunities.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates, and assist with interview scheduling as needed.
  • Track metrics to analyze and improve candidate pipelines.
  • Optimize sourcing and recruitment processes.
  • Become a subject matter expert in assigned business groups.
  • Engage and activate passive candidates through various search techniques.
  • Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient operation.
  • Recommend and drive improvements in talent pipelines.
