We are currently looking for our new Talent Sourcer to be a part of our Copenhagen-based Talent Acquisition team. If you possess demonstrated experience in talent sourcing and enjoy engaging potential candidates, this opportunity might be for you.
This role is a 12 month temporary contract with possibility of subsequent extension or permanent hire.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong experience with ATS systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Result-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferably, experience in sourcing from an in-house recruiting team, search firm, or staff agency environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter as a sourcing tool.
- Equivalent education and experience may substitute for stated requirements.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As a Talent Sourcer, your primary responsibility will be to identify, contact, and build relationships with passive job seekers. You will work within a cohesive Talent Acquisition department, collaborating with teams in Denmark, the US, and globally. The role involves developing and implementing candidate pipelines for various open requisitions across the company.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, build, and deliver talent pipelines through diverse recruiting strategies.
- Market the company and generate interest in job opportunities.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates, and assist with interview scheduling as needed.
- Track metrics to analyze and improve candidate pipelines.
- Optimize sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Become a subject matter expert in assigned business groups.
- Engage and activate passive candidates through various search techniques.
- Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient operation.
- Recommend and drive improvements in talent pipelines.
