Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for many of Parloa’s future talents, as our Talent Sourcer you will be the first person they meet and therefore hugely impact candidate experience, our company image and our overall company success.
  • Collaborate closely with your Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, handling the early stages of various recruiting processes, as you’ll be included from job kick-off to the first Recruiter Prescreen, becoming a topic expert in all things Business related Sourcing to support Parloa’s global scaling strategy.
  • Take ownership of all sourcing efforts for the Talent Acquisition Partners you work with, understand their hiring needs to derive, develop and execute sourcing strategies: from talent mapping to competitor analysis, aiming to fill our pipelines to enable us to service Parloa’s hiring needs together.
  • Work in a data-driven environment, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining a clean documentation and driving your own reporting to validate your sourcing strategies, from A/B testing messages to tracking diversity efforts.
  • Develop yourself in a sophisticated recruiting set-up,from LinkedIn Recruiter to Greenhouse and many automations - you will get to learn about setting up sourcing in a global scale-up.
  • Challenge the status quo - we are always eager to grow and reach new heights, so you will be tasked to stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitive landscapes to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
