Talent Team is responsible for 360 recruitment of all internal and external vacancies at Lottoland. We work closely with the Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs, and then design a recruitment strategy to fulfill those in the quickest time frame at the lowest possible cost.
Our team currently consists of 5 people, which is made up of Talent Partners and a Recruitment Coordinator.
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, by supporting Talent Partners and Hiring Managers through advertising jobs; utilising LinkedIn to search and directly source potential candidates as well as coordinating and maintaining a high-quality administrative function that drives the candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the interview set-up in Greenhouse, including finalising the schedule, calling candidates, sending invites, and liaising with interviewers.
- To ensure all job adverts and descriptions are advertised in a timely manner and are up to date.
- Supporting talent partners with sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn.
- Manage all admin work in Greenhouse related to permissions, vacancies and offers.
- Keep track of Recruitment Reports and update those daily.
