OPEN POSITION
We are looking for an Intern Talent Sourcer which speaks German to join our Recruitment Squad on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design sourcing strategies: Find, engage and assess candidates utilizing different social media platforms, tools, and techniques.
- Craft and monitor recruitment campaigns to ensure peak efficiency.
- Partner with Recruiters, and HRs to align on position requirements and act as SME for the talent market.
- Market map and ensure Techbiz Global has rich talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Utilize data to optimize sourcing metrics, draw insights and create action plans that support the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.
- No prior requirements work experience as Talent Sourcer is required as we will teach you all needed skills.
Strong English Language skills (at least C1 level) are essential for this role.
Strong German Language skills (at least C1 level) are essential for this role.
- Fluent Russian Language skills are nice to have.
- Any other language skills are a plus.
