YOUR BACKGROUND

We are looking for someone passionate about recruitment. You have a keen interest in the tech industry and digitalization, and enjoy building a network. You have excellent skills in both Swedish and English and an interest in search and other sourcing methods.
We believe that you have previous experience from a similar role within sourcing. This is a perfect opportunity for you who are looking for a challenging role and want to keep on developing within recruitment in general and take a leading role within sourcing in our TA-team.
Above all, we are seeking someone driven and eager to develop in their work. You are proactive and have a strong business interest. Furthermore, you are humble and see opportunities rather than problems. Naturally, you enjoy taking initiative and believe that recruitment and tech are the most exciting fields out there.

Responsibilities:

As a Talent Sourcer, you will work on various aspects of the recruitment process on a daily basis, with a focus on sourcing and candidate experience. Your main responsibilities will be to build candidate pipelines and develop a deep understanding of the Tech candidate market, while also supporting all parts of the recruitment process.
You will be responsible for sourcing active and passive talents, acting as a sourcing subject matter expert, presenting meaningful market updates and building out strong diverse talent pipelines. The ideal candidate will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, streamlining and improving our recruitment processes to ensure best practices in a fast-paced rapidly growing environment.
You will join us at an exciting stage as Nordnet is in the midst of a very exciting phase, where you will play a crucial role and see the results of your efforts. The emphasis of the role lies within recruitment, and you will closely collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
You will also be involved in planning and executing special Employer Branding events, both at and outside of Nordnet’s offices, with the aim of increasing Nordnet’s attractiveness as an employer.
