We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner, you will help to develop and instill innovative talent sourcing strategies that align with Fonterra’s vision and operational needs.
Your role involves engaging with potential candidates across multiple platforms, nurturing talent pipelines for current and future opportunities and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Co-op.
This proactive approach ensures Fonterra is primed with top talent who can drive our vision and goals forward.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement innovative global talent sourcing strategies that meet current and future business needs.
- Optimise sourcing strategies and provide data-driven insights.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and AI-driven tools to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR teams, hiring managers, and department heads, to ensure alignment of talent sourcing with business objectives.
- Enhance candidate experience through proactive communication and refining the candidate journey.
- Champion our commitment to diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing strategies.
