Description:
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our People team and help Gearset reach our ambitious growth plans over the next 6 months. We need a pro-active sourcer who can identify and develop a pipeline of technical candidates using multiple strategies including online databases, social media sites, boolean keyword searching and networking to identify top talent for Gearset.
