Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of progressive and proven recruiting, sourcing and candidate research experience.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches.
  • Proactive by nature and demonstrated ability to work in a team environmentAbility to successfully network and establish effective working relationships.
  • Proven ability to develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.
  • ATS or CRM experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidate.
  • Sound candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidates.
  • A curious mindset with a demonstrated record of using creative sourcing approaches, including applying new or unique strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Strong skill in using social media, and LinkedIn to conduct searches and identify passive candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment in being able to prioritize work, handle multiple searches at once, and meet objectives in a high-pressure environment.
  • Bilingual skills would be a strong asset

Responsibilities:

Join our Talent Acquisition team on a 5 month term as a Talent Sourcing Specialist!
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent through professional networks and social media to join our organization. In this role, you’ll also join our team of diverse Talent Acquisition professionals working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team where your primary focus will be building pipelines and coordinating candidates for interviews throughout all stages of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate has proven experience partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners creating sourcing efforts that have an immediate impact to a company’s continued growth.
The ideal person is a true hunter - focused, motivated, patient, and passionate about delivering an unmatched level of experience for the candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Sources, engages and presents top talent either on a role-specific basis or as part of a wider strategic pipelining exercise.
  • Works closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand the current and future business needs to develop strategic sourcing pipelines.
  • Identifies potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean/web searches, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing, LinkedIn and other alternative search techniques.Determine and foster candidate interest and communicates Colliers Project Leaders value proposition and to external talent.
  • Builds and maintains a network of warm candidates through proactive research and on-going relationship management.Works with the Talent Acquisition team to manage the candidate pipeline, workflow and communication.Tracks candidate history, tags candidates, builds knowledge base of individuals, industries and markets.
  • Recruits and screens passive candidates to gauge both skills and Colliers Project Leaders culture fit.Proactively researches and generates new/creative sourcing ideasStrategizes different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
