Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Partnering with key IT stakeholders and hiring teams to support end-to-end hiring for their teams through proactive sourcing and other channels.
  • Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for current and future IT projects, actively utilizing numerous channels to enhance the diversity of applicant pools.
  • Enhancing Pepperstone as a leading Fintech brand by actively participating in both offline and online forums.
  • Providing valuable insights and guidance to hiring managers on best practices of hiring with diversity and inclusivity in mind.
  • Ensuring our candidate experience is professional, kind, and efficient at all times, leaving a positive impression on potential candidates, regardless of the hiring outcome.
  • Ensuring the recruitment strategy remains competitive and aligned with industry standards by staying informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Collaborating with P&C advisors and partners to ensure a seamless and excellent onboarding experience for our future Pepperstonians.
