Client success depends on the strength of the partnership externally with your clients but also internally with your stakeholders. You will be the critical link between Client Success and Creative, interpreting requests, thinking ahead of deadlines and anticipating every changing requirement before it happens. Above all, you will understand exactly what a great creative outcome looks like and what it needs to achieve – so that you can identify the steps we need to take to make it happen.
It calls for the ability to be more than just a project manager. You need to be a creative thinker who can grasp the creative direction, understand the different formats it needs to work in and communicate in the right way with different individuals in the creative team. From websites to landing pages; from art directors to web developers; from employer brands to campaigns; from digital marketers to motion graphics, you will be the person who breaks projects down, briefs each phase clearly and keeps the momentum going
