At our company State Street Bank International GmbH in Frankfurt (Herriotstrasse) or Leipzig we are now looking for an expert in Tax Accounting / Tax Fund Services / Tax Expert (m/f/d)

What you will be responsible for as an expert in tax accounting /tax fund services/tax expert

  • Analysis, processing and posting of tax corrections (e.g. historical changes due to basic decisions or changed corporate actions)
  • Calculations and corrections of investor-related tax indicators as part of the preparation of the declaration of determination
  • Checking tax accounting entries
  • Evaluate investment law entries such as target fund income for tax purposes and initiate adjustments in the tax accounting framework
  • Contact person for inquiries from the tax office, the tax audit, our customers and internal interfaces

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Completed degree in economics or comparable (banking) training with subject-related professional experience
Several years of professional experience at capital management companies or a tax consulting or auditing company in the tax area of financial services for capital management companies and banks
In-depth knowledge of fund accounting or the Simcorp Dimension system and/or comparable fund accounting systems
Knowledge of investment tax law and experience in investment tax reform law
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel; general IT affinity
Fluent German and good English skills
