Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Taxation Advisor in all tax compliance matters
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for company tax compliance
  • Analyse work papers and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate tax compliance across indirect and direct taxation
  • Assist with half-year and full-year tax effect calculations, income tax returns, and financial system analysis
  • Handle FBT and GST compliance, including collating and reviewing reports
  • Prepare monthly insurance duty returns for NSW and WA
  • Conduct ad hoc tax research and interpret relevant policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate and efficient operation of systems related to tax responsibilities
