Job Description
We are currently looking for a Tax Analyst, Indirect Tax to join our growing Finance team! In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Indirect Tax and will have primary ownership of the end-to-end Exemption Certificate Management process. To be successful in this role you should have a bachelor’s degree in taxation, accounting, business, or related field. You should also have at least three years of experience in indirect tax filing, research and compliance and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and own the end-to-end exemption and resale certificate process
  • Organize and manage the tax services department email box
  • Assist with state and local licensing and registration requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help resolve tax issues and meet business objectives
  • Provide support for state and local tax notice and audit inquiries
  • Assist with the franchise fee compliance process
  • Assist with the property tax compliance process
  • All duties as directed or modified
