Our Clients & Markets (C&M) team work together across the business to design and deliver targeted go-to-market strategies that drive qualified client interest and measurable value to the firm. As a community of solvers we are closely connected with the partners and teams we support, across the PwC global network, and with the clients and markets we serve together.
As a member of the C&M community your role is to help develop and drive our marketing and communication activity for our Tax & Legal business. You will bring your marketing and communications experience along with the ability to connect dots to help align activities across Business Units (BUs), Industries, Geographies and our priority initiatives (Platforms) to ensure go-to-market activity is effective, impactful, streamlined and coordinated for our clients.
Your multi-channel campaign project management experience will be crucial in working with our C&M community, the Tax markets team and subject matter experts to help design and deliver best practice marketing activities, an optimal client experience and return on marketing investment (ROMI) reporting for our new suite of Tax technology and compliance products and service offerings. PwC’s tax technology solutions bring together AI, RPA and machine learning to enable businesses to drive efficiency with process automation and provide powerful insights and analytics to make smart business decisions.

Responsibilities:

KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS TO DELIVER IMPACT:

  • Support the Tax Markets Lead to develop a go-to-market strategy, segmenting the market appropriately to implement the most suitable tactics across the full marketing mix (e.g. internal and external communications and sales enablement collateral, newsletters, videos, blogs, sponsorships, Thought leadership, relationship programs, events, social and digital - paid and earned channels) to effectively drive the best outcome for our Tax & Legal business
  • First on point for writing internal and external Tax & Legal marketing communications, e.g. writing and critically reviewing content and copy for newsletters, thought leadership, collateral and webcopy for consistency, tone of voice and relevance for the target audience
  • Project manage relevant marketing activities (planned and ad-hoc) end-to-end to meet agreed objectives and budget. Establish clear timelines, deadlines, roles and responsibilities. Schedule regular project meetings, ensure timely communication to relevant stakeholders; and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) reports
  • Help to demonstrate the value marketing delivers: Pull analytics from our CRM/eDM Salesforce platforms to work with the team to critically evaluate the success of campaigns and associated tactics in the market to present actionable insights and inform future marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Brief and project manage internal and external agencies and suppliers - research, communications, advertising, copywriting, web, design, social media etc.
  • Identify opportunities to align across BUs, Industries, Geography and Platform initiatives to ensure marketing activity is streamlined and coordinated for our clients. Elevate or integrate key onefirm priority campaigns, championing the use of Salesforce to track impact
  • Build and manage relationships across the whole C&M community, key stakeholders in the business (Partners/Directors/SMEs), across a global and local network, including effectively working in a matrixed organisation
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador: Ensure all brand, risk and legal compliance is adhered to
