We are looking for a tax associate to join our R&D Tax Group. Working in this group, you will be working with innovative domestic and international companies, compiling R&D tax credit claims, corresponding with clients, colleagues and the Irish Revenue Commissioners.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and filing of R&D tax credit claims
  • Assisting the management team in maintaining and developing the firms relationship with a portfolio of clients including co-ordination of service offerings from other departments
  • Engaging as a key part of an integrated client service team working on a wide range of assignments in a manner that assists in achieving client satisfaction and firm wide financial goals
  • Involvement in business development and marketing initiatives
  • Interest in pursuing a Tax qualification
  • Working towards, or have recently been awarded an honours or Masters degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, IT or Computer Science
  • Experience of managing of client relationships
  • Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent organisational and planning capabilities
  • Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure
  • Excellent computer-literacy skills
