ORGANISATION AND DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Our valued client, a prominent member of the Big 4, is currently seeking a Tax Compliance Manager. This role offers the opportunity to develop specialized knowledge in catering to entities within the financial industry sector, specifically Alternative Investment funds such as Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge funds, as well as multinational and mid-market companies.

Your responsibilities will be :

  • Prepare and review corporate tax returns;
  • Conduct financial data analysis;
  • providing guidance to clients on payments and reviewing year-end tax provisions;
  • Perform tax risk analysis and advisory, including advising on deferred taxes under IFRS and US-GAAP standards;
  • Manage projects and assist in preparing proposals;
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.

Profile

You are the ideal candidate if you possess :

  • A university degree or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Tax, Accounting, or related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Tax Compliance & Reporting;
  • Understanding of Luxembourger and international accounting principles, including IFRS and US-GAAP;
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and coaching;
  • Fluent in English, but also in French or German.
