Take on a critical leadership role in our organization, where you will have the opportunity to build your internal and external profile while contributing to our team’s success. In this position, you’ll manage the compilation of financial claims for R&D Tax Credit and Knowledge Development Box ("KDB") relief, engaging directly with clients to identify potentially eligible items of expenditure. This role provides an excellent opportunity to understand the impact of various government innovation incentives on businesses, working closely with partners and clients at a senior level.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERTISE
Certified Tax Advisor (CTA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong tax technical knowledge, with specific experience in R&D Tax Credits.
Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented approach.
High attention to detail and adaptability to change.
Commercial mindset with an ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Ambitious and driven to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Examine client operations and processes to determine costs eligible for R&D incentives, and develop methodologies to maximize these incentives.
Plan, organize, and execute the financial aspects of engagements, including leading meetings and discussions with clients’ financial personnel.
Oversee the project management of clients/assignments to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
Provide support to clients during discussions or audits with the Revenue Commissioners.
Mentor and train junior team members, fostering growth and ensuring high-quality work.
Conduct technical research to support client engagement and contribute to internal/external thought leadership.
Identify new products or services to offer to existing and potential clients.
Manage fee and collection targets, ensuring financial goals are achieved.
