We are now looking for a Tax Manager, specialized in international taxation for our Global Tax team in CFO organization. In this position, you manage our global tax processes and development projects. You play a key role in tax audit projects and participate in both global and regional development projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Annual tax processes for corporate income taxation e.g. dividend, capitalization and funding, interest expense and depreciation analysis
  • Tax legislation and tax reform analysis
  • Business model related corporate income taxation
  • Tax audit processes
  • Pillar II development project and reporting process
  • Management and coordination of global tax compliance processes
  • Supporting in tax litigation processes regarding corporate income taxation and withholding taxation
  • Participating in tax footprint reporting, DAC6 reporting, quarterly tax reporting and tax forecasting processes
    In this position you will report to the Director, Global Tax. The position is a temporary replacement for study leave until the end of January 2025.
    Kemira CFO office provides accurate and timely information and drives efficiency improvements through best-in-class finance & accounting and planning & controlling services as well as corporate level strategy, risk management, treasury, investor relations, M&A operations and IT. The position will be located in our Head Office in Helsinki.
