Job Description

• Handling yearly and quarterly tax reporting; Leading projects as instructed by the Global Tax Senior Executive.
• Accountable for ensuring that the company’s corporate income tax and transfer pricing responsibilities are met and delivered promptly
• Offering tax advisory services and support to business sectors;
• Overseeing audits and investigations by tax authorities;
• Handling tax matters on transactions including significant financial and commercial initiatives, funding and repatriation, structuring and simplification;
• Guaranteeing compliance with relevant local tax laws, including but not limited to the review of corporate income tax returns and monitoring any legislative changes and assessing the implications on the organization and associated entities;

Pre-Requisites:

• Minimum 8- 12 years of Tax experience; combination experience from a professional services firm and a multinational corporate organization
• Expertise in direct taxes, international tax and transfer pricing, including country-by-country reporting rules;
• Beneficial experience in managing tax audits and investigations in multiple geographical jurisdictions
• Excellent comprehension of international tax principles including inbound and outbound structuring issues, funding and repatriation strategies and transfer pricing considerations.
• Excellent understanding of tax reporting (IAS 12) as well as indirect tax is highly beneficial
