ABOUT THE JOB
The RISK ORM Tax Processes Competence Domain team, created in late 2022 within RISK Operational Risk Management (RISK ORM), ensures, for the perimeter under RISK ORM supervision, the global and consistent deployment of the second line of defense (2LoD) throughout the Group on tax processes.
Your Main Activities Are
Project management (launch, deployment, governance, monitoring…).
Methodological support pertaining to tax processes to Poles and Business Lines’ Operational Risk Officers (ORO).
Coordination with the whole community and the other involved functions.
Continuous improvement of the set-up (guidelines, procedures, control plans…).
Contribution to the aggregation/consolidation of the different entities’ reporting (incidents, risk assessment, control results…) to provide a transversal view of operational risks on the tax processes for RISK ORM perimeter.
It relies on a correspondents’ network, notably at each Operational Pole level (CIB, CPBS, IPS and Functions & Transversal Activities) and Business Lines. It also works in close collaboration with the other control Functions (Compliance, Finance & Strategy) and the Tax expert function to permit and facilitate the consolidation of the risks vision at Group level.
PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS
You have a professional experience of minimum 5 years in operational risk domain, ideally in the banking sector or as a consultant (advisory mission).
Thanks to previous experiences, you have a good vision of Finance and/or Tax risk matters.
Oversight/awareness in legal and regulatory requirements
Your skills on project management and follow-up are recognized, including the use of the communication tools (Teams, SharePoint, …).
With good interpersonal skills, you are recognized as being a good communicator. Besides, your rigor and organizational skills will allow you to carry out your mission.
Your flexibility combined with your sense of coordination, fast adaptability to change and client focus will be all assets for success in this position.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCES:
Risk analysis, risk monitoring and risk decision
Understanding of risks and risks awareness, including anticipation
Analytical skills, rigor, reactivity, and capacity to deliver
Ability to define and implement key performance indicators
Ability to understand, explain and conduct changes
Communication skills, both oral and in writing, with ideally previous experience on creation and animation of communities
Advanced level of English, both oral and in writing
