JOB DESCRIPTION:

Crowe is currently seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join our Estate, Gift & Trust practice. With a clear path to partner, this role provides an opportunity to join a specialized practice where you will use your expertise in estate, gift and trust taxation to provide consulting, compliance and controversy services to complex ultra-high net worth private clients. You will help lead and manage our growth alongside the Estate, Gift & Trust Partner and play an active role in developing team members. This role will require the oversight of multiple client service teams and the proven ability to plan, direct, and execute tax projects with a pro-active focus. Flexible on geography.

  • Provide leadership and tax technical expertise for consulting, compliance and controversy engagements involving complex issues relating to ultra-high net worth private clients.
  • Leadership of client service teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environment with the goal of exceeding client expectations.
  • Recognition and mitigation of risk issues relating to estate, gift & trust specialty.
  • Developing client service staff and serve as a role model, providing coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Awareness and compliance to the firm’s standards and policies
  • Integrate and leverage firmwide thought leadership efforts in developing the market for tax services.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,472.00 to $259,483.00.
