Job Title: Senior Tax Associate

We are currently seeking a skilled and seasoned Senior Tax Associate to join our dedicated team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The individual will be responsible for preparing and reviewing diverse tax returns for individual and business clients, structuring complex tax transactions, providing tax planning services, maintaining good client relations, and performing tax research.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.
Minimum 3-5 years of public accounting experience with emphasis on taxation.
Proficiency in corporate, personal, and partnership tax planning.
Experience in managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of foreign, federal, and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
Assist in auditing tax records and reports.
Tax planning and research.
Respond to IRS notices independently.
Manage, supervise, and mentor tax associates.
Maintain good client relations through regular communication and consultation.
Recognize, anticipate, and resolve tax issues; make recommendations.
Ensure smooth flow of tax returns to meet deadlines.
