Description:

The TB team at Imperial NHS Healthcare Trust are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to come join our team. Previous NHS administrative/coooridnator experience is essential.
We are a tri- site service covering Charing Cross, Hammersmith and St Mary’s Hospitals caring for in-patients as well as outpatients. We also have the responsibility for delivering TB healthcare at HMP Wormwood Scrubs.
You will work within a dynamic and collaborative culture that is focused on delivering quality patient care reflected in achievement of our key performance indicators.
We have an exciting opportunity for a TB coordinator to work within our specialist field. This role is key to ensuring that all administrative processes are in place and adhered to in order to support the patient along their care pathway.

To provide dedicated coordinated and administrative support to the TB nurses/Service.
Oversee the general running of the TB service ensuring that it is efficiently and effectively managed.
Evaluate and review TB pathways for patients at ICHNT.
Configure and set up clinic appointment templates as required as well as forward planning of medical and nursing clinic appointments
The post holder will be expected to work independently and manage and prioritise their workload, liaising closely with the wider administration team within the department.
The post holder will also be personally responsible for the organisation and management of various projects, taking responsibility for a complex and varied workload ensuring efficient co-ordination, prioritisation and achievement of daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
To communicate effectively with patients / carers regarding appointment and treatment related matters.
