JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Full-Time/Permanent Position
• Must be able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking customers (to provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments to English and Chinese speaking customers.)
• Able to commit to working retail hours on weekdays (10.45am-9pm) and

weekends/public holidays (9.45am-6pm)

• Good customer service and sales skills
• Candidate from other industry is also welcome
• Negotiation skills
• Interpersonal skills

• Self-driven and self-motivated individual
• Effectively Bilingual
• Experience in beautician / skincare / TCM Spa will be a plus
• Makes professional recommendations on treatment packages and

products to customers

• Achieve sales targets and outcome within schedule
• Provide professional treatments and massage to clients
• Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records
• Ensure that all purchased services/products are not under cost
• Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment (i.e., refrain from

burning/injuring customers)

• Provide high quality customer service
• Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, facilities and equipment and follow all

safety and sanitation policies

• Ensure treatment rooms always have sufficient products
• Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth
