Description:
REQUIRED FOR SEPTEMBER 2024
We are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Teacher of Geography to join a welcoming and forward thinking faculty. We are particularly looking for applicants who have experience or a willingness to contribute to the teaching of other subjects within the Humanities faculty, namely R.E and History.
Tupton Hall is an 11-18 mixed comprehensive, judged to be a “Good” school by OFSTED in November 2023 and striving to become outstanding in the very near future.
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to teach Geography at KS3 and 4 with KS5 experience being useful but not essential.
- Have a desire to teach KS5
- Contribute to the Faculty and the school
- Engage with school systems and their own CPD
To be successful in this role you will have:
- QTS / Degree level qualification in Geography or relevant subject
- Ability to support teaching in other areas within the Faculty including History and R.E
