Position Summary:
TAs will assist 1st year medical students in anatomy dissections (8h). TAs must demonstrate an excellent ability to teach human anatomy in the anatomy lab and and effectively guide students during dissection of the thorax (thoracic walls, pleura, lungs, and tracheobronchial tree): four (4) laboratory sessions (2 hours each) which are part of the FMD curriculum.
Qualifications:
Must have previous laboratory experience in human anatomy on topics relevant to the course description. Strong knowledge of respiratory anatomy, experience with thoracic dissection and good communication skills are essential.
Effective communication skills in English are essential. Communication in French is an asset.
